
Water-Based Concrete Sealer
Spectrum Water-Based Concrete Sealer is a 100% acrylic, environmentally friendly, low VOC sealer designed to be used on concrete surfaces to impart superior protection from water intrusion and to highlight the natural colors of the surface. Spectrum Water-Based Concrete Sealer can also be mixed with Spectrum's Pro 100 Deck Finish and used as a stain.

COVERAGE
Apply at the rate of 150-300 square feet per gallon, depending upon the condition, texture and porosity of the substrate.
APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface must be sound and free of contamination from dirt, oil, wax, releasing agents, etc. If necessary clean with appropriate cleaner, rinse, and allow to dry completely. New concrete surfaces must be allowed to cure a minimum of 30 days, be acid etched, and allowed to dry thoroughly. Previously treated, stained, or painted surfaces must be sound and clean Test for product compatibility before proceeding.
APPLICATION:
Brush, roll, or spray.
ROLLER: DO NOT pour directly onto the surface. Instead use the dip and roll method to apply this sealer. This product is fast drying so it is necessary to work quickly and maintain a wet edge.
AS A STAIN: Mix one part Spectrum Water-Based Concrete Sealer with one part Spectrum Professional Deck Finish. Mix well. Varying opacity levels can be achieved by adjusting mixing ratios.
THINNING: No thinning is recommended.

CLEAN UP: Soap and water.
CAUTIONS, WARNINGS:
Do not apply when surface temperature, or ambient temperature is below 50 degrees F. Do not apply to exterior surfaces when rain is expected within 24 hours. Keep from freezing. Do not take internally. Keep out of the reach of children.
